This is the second time this case has been before this court. In State v. Walker, 252 Kan. 117, 843 P.2d 203 (1992), this court affirmed the district court’s order authorizing the State to prosecute Walker as an adult and affirmed his jury convictions of two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of aggravated assault, and one count each of aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated arson, and aggravated burglary.
