MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a motion for default judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7055 which incorporates by reference Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55, filed by the Illinois Department of Employment Securi ty (“IDES”). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court having considered all the pleadings, exhibits and affidavits does hereby allow the motion for default judgment.
