MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to the Motion for Leave to Reinstate and Amend the IRS’s Erroneously Withdrawn Proof of Claim or Alternatively, For Permission to File Late Claims (the “Motion”) filed by the United States of America, acting through the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). Limited Gaming of America, debtor herein (“LGA”), filed an Objection to the Motion. An evidentiary hearing on the Motion was held on August 13,1997.
