UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO In re: LAS UVAS VALLEY DAIRIES, Case No. 17-12356-t11 Debtor. OPINION Before the Court are Doña Ana County’s motion to amend its proof of claim and application for an administrative expense. Both relate to 2016-2018 personal property taxes assessed on cattle. Robert Marcus, the successor liquidating trustee in this bankruptcy case, objected to the motion/application. The Court took the matter under advisement after oral argument.
