Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Orgera, J.), rendered September 29, 1995, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
At the Hinton hearing (see, People v Hinton, 31 NY2d 71, cert denied 410 US 911), the undercover police officer testified that he intended to return in the near future in an undercover capacity to the street corner where the defendant was arrested, the street where the defendant lived, and the area of the courthouse.…
