This is an action in which the plaintiff, Parkridge Hospital, Inc. (Parkridge), seeks to obtain both a temporary and a permanent injunction restraining the defendant, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee (Blue Cross), from disclosing to third parties certain alleged confidential financial information contained in reports filed by Parkridge pursuant to the Federal Medicare Program.
