Appeal by the defendant *570from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Jonas, J.), rendered November 5, 1997, convicting him of murder in the second degree, tampering with physical evidence, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
