This is an appeal by Anne Friedman, a civil service employee of St. Louis County, Missouri, who served as a Senior Revenue Clerk in the Department of Revenue, Division of Assessment and Extension, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, affirming the decision of the Civil Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as “Commission”) § 536, RSMo 1969, V.A. M.S.
