ZINTER, Justice.

[¶ 1.] Anthony Reyes appeals his convictions of kidnapping, first degree rape, and sexual contact with a child under sixteen. We affirm.

Facts and Procedural History

[¶ 2.] Anthony Reyes, 20 years old at the time of trial, lived his entire life with his mother. He had previously pleaded guilty to sexual contact with N.O., a six-*249year-old boy. This case, involved R.M., an eight-year-old boy.

[¶3.] The facts supporting the jury verdict reflect that on February 12, 2003, R.M. was walking home from school alone. He had gotten out of school at approximately 1:40 p.m., and it usually…
