Peter Hansen, a resident of Salt Lake City," died May 23, 1916, leaving a will, the subject of this controversy, dated *556November 3, 1915. He left surviving Mm five children, two sons, aged forty-seven and thirty-three years, and three daughters, aged thirty-eight, thirty-five and thirty-one years, respectively.
At testator’s death his entire estate, aside from a few personal effects of practically no value, consisted of $4,829.80 credit or savings account with Zion’s Savings Bank & Trust Company, a banking institution of Salt Lake City. Under the provisions of the will he bequeathed $5 to each…
