Defendant (Appellant) was convicted after trial by jury of Rape, Ind.Code § 35-42-4-1 (Burns 1979), Criminal Deviate Conduct, Ind.Code § 35-42-4-2 (Burns 1979), and Criminal Confinement, Ind.Code § 35-42-3-3 (Burns 1979) and sentenced to ninety-five (95) years imprisonment.
