Eileen Lucht, a sixteen year old girl, was killed when a Volkswagen, automobile in which she was riding collided with a Ford Mustang automobile driven by .John Young-blood, and owned by his father, George Youngblood. The administrator of the estate of the deceased instituted a wrongful death action for her statutory beneficiaries, alleging the accident was caused by the negligence of the driver of the Ford, and that the father was liable under the Family Purpose Doctrine.
