The Director of Revenue (“Director”) appeals from the circuit court’s judgment which reinstated the driving privileges of Johnny E. Daniels (“Daniels”). Director suspended Daniels’ driving privileges pursuant to section 302.505 after he was arrested for driving while intoxicated.1 Director upheld the suspension following an administrative hearing. See § 302.530. Daniels sought a trial de novo pursuant to section 302.535.
