Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Zwack, J.), entered December 1, 2014 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, dismissed the petition.

After petitioner did not submit an overdue payment for gas service, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation terminated her gas service. Thereafter, and upon receiving notice that petitioner had obtained a Home Energy Assistance Program grant, National Fuel attempted to restore petitioner’s gas service.
