Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Canfield, J.), entered March 7, 2005 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, granted respondents’ motion to dismiss the petition.

Following a hearing before the Committee on Student Conduct at respondent State University of New York at Albany (hereinafter SUNY), the Committee found that petitioner, a doctoral student, had engaged in disruptive conduct and recommended that she be placed on disciplinary probation until she graduated.
