The appellant, Ralph T. Schoble, and his wife, executed a separation agreement on March 31, 1939. At that time the appellant w;as one of the beneficiaries of a deed of trust, dated March 3, 1927, executed and delivered in Philadelphia, of which the Pidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, of Philadelphia, is trustee, 1 and which, for convenience, is hereafter referred to as the Schoble family trust.
