I. S. Spiro, doing business as I. S. Spiro & Company, plaintiff, sued Morris B. Cable, defendant, in the municipal court of Chicago in an action on contract. The parties waived a jury and the cause was submitted to the court, and at the conclusion of the evidence for the plaintiff, on motion of the defendant, the court found the issues against the plaintiff. Judgment was entered on the finding and this appeal followed.
