THE COURT.

In this matter we review the recommendation of the Review Department of the State Bar Court that petitioner Charlotte R. Stern lieb be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, with that suspension stayed and petitioner placed on probation for a period of two years with an actual suspension of one hundred and twenty days as a condition of that probation.

The recommendation is based on the review department’s finding that petitioner misappropriated $4,066 of funds belonging to a client and the client’s spouse in willful violation of Business and Professions…
