John L. Rickard and John F.Welshaus, late partners under the name style and firm of Rickard & Welshaus, M. S. Ken-*618dal and Daniel T. Knode on behalf of themselves and all other lien-creditors of the defendant, John E. Schley, at July rules, 1881, filed their bill in chancery in the circuit court of Jefferson county against John E.
