Prince Allen Pannell appeals his jury conviction for distribution of cocaine to a minor, at least three years his junior, in violation of Code § 18.2-255. Pannell was sentenced to twenty years in the penitentiary and a $5,000 fine. On appeal, he presents two issues: (1) whether the trial court erred in refusing to grant a jury instruction on entrapment; and (2) whether the trial court erred in refusing to grant the defendant’s motion to strike because the evidence was insufficient to establish that the defendant knew that the person to whom he distributed the cocaine was under…
