GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-appellant David L. Hooper appeals the judgment of the district court for defendant-appellee Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in which the district court held that Hooper received actual notice of the sale of certain collateral, that the sale of the collateral was commercially reasonable, and that FDIC was entitled to recover attorneys’ fees. FDIC cross-appeals, claiming that the district court should have given it the highest post-maturity interest rate legally allowable as its note with Hooper provided.
