Appellee-plaintiff brought suit in two counts, seeking to recover] on account or, in the alternative, for the breach of a contract to provide curtains to appellant-defendant. Appellant answered and coun-1 *617terclaimed against appellee for breach of the contract. The case was tried before a jury but, at the close of all of the evidence, the trial court granted appellee’s motion for a directed verdict and appellant appeals.
