Peter J. Porcaro (“Porcaro”), a home improvement contractor, appeals from a bankruptcy court order granting summary *388judgment in favor of judgment creditors, Michael O’Rorke and Beth O’Rorke (collectively, the “O’Rorkes”),1 and a bankruptcy court order denying his motion for summary judgment (collectively, the “Orders”).
