OPINION

This appeal on questions of law brings under review a judgment rendered by the Court of Common Pleas of Medina county in an action at law instituted by the plaintiff, the appellee herein, for the recovery of damages from twó defendants, one of whom has appealed to this court and is the appellant herein. The judgment under review is in the amount of $600, in favor of the said appellee.
