Appellants filed their bill in chancery, in, the St. Clair Circuit Court, against appellees, to set aside a sale of lands made by the sheriff of that county. The bill was subsequently amended by leave of the court. The original and amended bills allege, that Wm. C. Kinney died testate, on the 24th day of October, 1858, seized in fee of the farm on which he resided in St. Clair county, and being section 12, T. 1 N., R. 8 W.; that, by his will, he appointed Jacob Knoebel, executor, who, on the 1st day of November, 1858, accepted and entered upon the trust; that the will empowered him to sell so…
