This case is before us on a motion filed by the qppellces to dispiiss the appeal on the ground that the transcript of said appeal was not filed in this court on January 9, 1945, the time fixed by the order of appeal, or within three days thereafter, due wholly to the fault and neglect of appellant, and that, since appellant’s motion for an extension of time, which was granted by this court, did not set forth the true reasons for the delay in filing such transcript, the order of this court extending the retum day for filing the transcript to February 8, 1945, was…
