This is a suit in equity brought in the circuit court of Kan-awha County by S. M. Snyder against the Charleston & South-side Bridge Company, a corporation, to compel said corporation to issue to him a certificate for 100 shares of its capital stock of which he claims to be the owner; to compel it to disclose under the oath of its proper officer, or officers, what capital stock has been issued by it since, its organization, and what assessments, if any, have been made upon its stockholders, and by which of them, and to what extent, said assessments have been, paid; to compel…
