CANVS Corporation (CANVS or plaintiff) brought a patent infringement action, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1498(a) (2006), against the United States acting through the Department of the Army (government or defendant). Compl., Aug. 11, 2010, ECF No. 1.
