On July 14, 1988, plaintiff-appellee filed Case No. 113140 accusing defendants-appellants of wrongful discharge, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, defamation and infliction of emotional distress and violation of plaintiffs constitutional rights1 On October2,1986, defendants filed their answers and request for discovery.
