I.INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Richard Marshall (“Plaintiff’) brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 lawsuit against Defendants Chris West and Lashun Hutson, individually, for allegedly using excessive force in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights. 1 This action is before the court on Defendants’ motions for summary judgment, which are accompanied by briefs and evidentiary submissions.
