Appellant, the City of Little Rock (“the City”), appeals from the circuit judge’s order, dismissing the City’s motion for in-junctive relief against appellee Pic Package Store, Inc. (“Pic Pac”). The City asserts three points on appeal. We affirm the circuit judge’s order.
