Pending before the Court are Defendant’s Request for Judicial Notice, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, Motion to Determine Foreign Law, Plaintiffs Motion to File an Amended Complaint, Plaintiffs Motion for Expedited Discovery, and Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Dismissal of Counterclaim.
