Appeal on questions of law from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas finding plaintiff entitled to participate in the State Insurance Fund.
Plaintiff was president of the Hillenbrand Construction Company, a small, close corporation, wherein he, his wife and one other person were all the stockholders, directors, and officers thereof.
