This is a claim for benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act filed by Mrs. Lullean Badon, a widow, and Maxine Badon, a minor and adopted daughter, and Betty Cooper, a minor and foster daughter, on account of the death of M. E. Badon who was killed in an automobile accident on Highway 98 in Lamar County, Mis sissippi, at about 7 P. M. on the night of September 29, 1955.
