This was a petition for the allowance of a claim against an estate. The probate court allowed the claim. On appeal the district court allowed it. This appeal is from that judgment.

The story is told as well as any by the trial court’s findings of fact. Daisy D. Comelison, in whose estate the claim was filed, and her husband, T. H. Comelison, had separate bank accounts and property.
