A jury found Daniel Joseph Forster guilty of one count of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of Vehicle Code 1 section 23152, subdivision (a), one count of driving while having a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 percent or more in violation of section 23152, subdivision (b), and one count of driving with a suspended license in violation of section 14601.2, subdivision (a).
