POEEENBARGER, PRESIDENT:
David Snider complains of a judgment of the Criminal Court of Mercer County, imposing upon him a sentence of imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of twelve years, he having been convicted of murder in the second degree, upon an indictment charging him with the murder of W. P. Ball, his neighbor.
