Ciardi Ciardi & Astin, (hereinafter “Ciardi”), has filed a First and Final Application for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses as counsel to the Debtor for the period encompassing March 21, 2014 through October 16, 2014. Not only did Ciardi request approval of its Application for compensation of fees and expenses, but it also sought permission from the Court to apply a retainer received from the Debtor, pre-petition, as a credit toward the total fees requested.
