STEPHENS, Associate Justice.

— There is a conflict between the southern boundary of section 16, block EG, in Lubbock County, and the northern boundary of a junior survey in the name of T. A. Acuif. Appellee owned section 16, block EG, and brought this action of trespass to try title against the appellants, one of whom owned the Acuif survey. The main defense interposed was that of the statute of limitation of three years.
