Appellant, a domestic corporation with its principal place of business at Stuttgart, Arkansas, was the owner of a large body of land in Cleveland County, containing 13,600 acres, and on September 15, 1913, executed to one Blodgett a contract to convey same at a stipulated price to be thereafter paid, and undertaking to execute a deed or deeds upon the payment of the price. The contract contained a stipulation permitting Blodgett to obtain a separate conveyance from appellant, conveying parts of the aggregate acreage, on resale to other parties and payment of the price to appellant.
