Petitioners, qualified electors from the Western Precinct of the Borough of Swarthmore, filed the instant petition contesting the election of school director in Region No. 3 of the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District. On Tuesday, November 6, 1973, a municipal election was held throughout the County of Delaware. In this Region No. 3, the Republican candidate for school director was Daniel H.
