SWEENEY, District Judge.
The plaintiff sues under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, to recover damages for an alleged breach of the collective bargaining agreements it has with each of the three defendants. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff is engaged in the building construction business and that since June 1964 it has been engaged in constructing a garden apartment complex at 129 North Street in Newton, Massachusetts.
