This appeal necessitates a construction of our statute requiring that when the title to minerals is severed from the fee to the surface, the mineral rights shall be valued and listed separately from the fee of such land and that the land itself and the right to the minerals shall be separately taxed to the respective owners thereof. The involved statute (G. S. 1935, 79-420), will be set forth subsequently herein.
