Petitioner, a cooperative corporation, has moved for sanctions under 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 (c) (3) against respondent Steven Lapidus, an attorney, for allegedly testifying falsely at his nonpayment trial on June 21, 2005. That trial ended in September 2005 with a final possessory and money judgment for petitioner.
