HALE, Justice.

Appellants, Mrs. Sam Bennett and others, instituted this suit in the County Court of Limestone County, Texas, against ap-pellees, John Franklin Jackson and others, seeking to set aside the prior order of that court admitting to probate the purported will of Bennett Jackson, hereinafter referred to as the deceased. The action was based upon allegations that the will was not written wholly in the handwriting of the deceased and was not signed by him.
