KELLER, District Judge.

The plaintiff brought this action in the District Court of Utah County, Utah, to compel the specific performance of a contract whereby the defendants Willard' H. Holman and his wife agreed to sell and the plaintiff agreed to buy for the sum of $20,000 a 110 acre farm in Utah County, together with 30 shares of stock in the Provo Water Users Company, 74 shares of stock in the Pleasant Grove Irrigation Company, certain farm machinery and tools on the farm, 5 work horses, 25 chickens, 3 weaner pigs, 1 brood sow, and 1 cow.
