This is an action brought by Mary Keeling for herself and her minor child to recover damages for loss of support and for expenses incurred by her for medical attendance *511and funeral charges occasioned by the death' of her husband, which she alleges was caused by the excessive use of intoxicating liquors sold to him by the defendants Peter Pommer and Levi D. Munson. The action is against the liquor dealers and the sureties upon their respective bonds. The jury found in favor of the defendant Levi D.
