DOYLE, Judge.

The petitioner, Forest Cecil Mingle, was tried and convicted in the district court of the Thirteenth judicial district, sitting in and for Oklahoma county, of the crime of murder, and sentenced to be imprisoned in the state penitentiary at hard labor for the term of his natural life. The petition avers that all of the proceedings under which he was tried and convicted were coram non judice, and void, and that he is deprived of his liberty without due process of law.
