(dissenting). — I respectfully dissent from the principal opinion and concur in the dissenting opinion of Ellison, C. J. It is my view that all bills passed at the same session of the Legislature have the same referendum deadline; and that petitions therefor may be filed at any time not more.than ninety days after final adjournment. Sec. 52(a), Art. Ill, specifically so provides without any exception and there is nothing in Sec. 29 to the contrary.
