Airman First Class (A1C) Michael Tunstall was charged with two specifications of aggravated sexual assault and one specification each of adultery and false official statement, in violation of Articles 120, 134, and 107, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 934, 907 (2006). He pled not guilty to all charges and at a general court-martial with members was convicted of one specification of aggravated sexual assault and the adultery specification.
